The Vertical Knee Milling Machine is suitable for milling flat surfaces, beveled surfaces, angled surfaces, and slots with disk milling cutters, angle milling cutters, form milling cutters, and face metal milling cutters. When fitted with indexing, the machine is capable of performing gear, tool, helical slot, cam and pot wheel milling operations.
The vertical milling head can be rotated by 45° and the spindle sleeve can be moved vertically. Transverse and longitudinal table movements can be hand-operated or power-operated and can be made quickly. It has a large table, a set of motorized push-button handwheels and a longitudinal handwheel in front of the table so the machine can be easily operated. The table and slideways are hardened with high quality casting to ensure high precision.
